Q: I'm not a geek! Do I have to be a techie to use Pro Step IDX?
A: Not at all! We do all of the geek stuff so you don't have to.
You can just sit back and watch your site visitors become home
buyers.
Q: Do I need new hardware or software?
A: No. Everything is done through your browser.
Q: I already have a website and want to add an MLS Listings Search Engine.
What service is right for me?
A: Our service can be integrated with any existing website.

Q: Where do the data and pictures come from?
A: In cooperation with your MLS, we have created a process
to draw this information directly from the MLS's listing management
system on a regular basis. This varies between MLSs, but it generally
happens at least once a day, so that the listing information is fresh.
Q: Once the data and pictures are retrieved, where does it live?
A: It is housed on our secure and reliable servers
in a state of the art hosting facility with 24 hour monitoring and
redundant Internet connections.
